Easy Rate Pricing

Pricing is simple and easy. Below are the base rates for a basic inspection. A basic inspection includes 1 Kitchen, the appropriate bedroom to bathroom ratio and standard HVAC setup. Extra kitchens, garage apartments or outbuildings can be add separately by speaking to a representative.

Ancillary Services

Home of the $99 add-on! 

Enhance your inspection with our optional ancillary services designed to provide additional insight into the condition of your property. Normally the stand-alone services starts at $150.00

 

Sewer Scope Inspection — $99

A camera is inserted into the home’s sewer line to identify blockages, cracks, root intrusion, offsets, or other defects that may not be visible during a standard home inspection.

 

Thermal Camera Scan — $99

Using infrared thermal imaging, we scan exterior walls and ceilings to identify areas with water leaks or missing/ inadequate insulation that may impact energy efficiency and comfort. 

 

Foundation Plot Measurement — $99

A foundation elevation survey is performed to identify potential foundation movement or settlement. Measurements are documented and plotted to help evaluate foundation performance.

 

Lawn Irrigation System Evaluation — FREE

We operate and evaluate the irrigation system to identify visible deficiencies such as leaks, damaged sprinkler heads, improper coverage, and controller issues.

As a family-owned and operated business, our roots in Houston real estate go back to 1963, when our Grandaddy first began serving the local community. That legacy of hard work, integrity, and personal service continues today with every inspection we perform.
